Return Policy 

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions: 

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • The product must be in the same condition as received, with all tags attached. 
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required. 

We do not accept returns for: 

  • Change of mind or personal preferences. 
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery. 
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences. 

To initiate a return, please email us at support@komfybath.com with your order details and a clear photo/video of the product. 

Damages & Issues 

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, please contact us immediately after delivery. Our team will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refund Policy 

  • Refunds are processed only if we cannot offer a replacement
  • If approved, refunds will be issued within 7 working days via bank transfer or store credit
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible for refunds via bank transfer only. 

Exchanges 

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. To request an exchange, please follow the return process.
