At Komfy, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Please read our 
shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Locations 

  • We currently ship all over Pakistan. 
  • International shipping is not available at the moment. 

2. Delivery Timeframes 

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days after confirmation.
  • Major Cities: 3-5 business days.
  • Remote Areas: 5-7 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays. 

3. Shipping Charges

We offer Home Delivery across Pakistan for a nominal shipping fee of Rs 200, ensuring your order reaches you without any hassle. There are no hidden fees; the price you see is the final price you pay, including the shipping cost.

4. Order Processing & Confirmation

  • Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp.
  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • We may call or message you to confirm your order before dispatch. If we cannot 
    reach you, the order may be delayed or canceled.

5. Payment Method – Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method.
  • Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • Orders cannot be opened before payment. If you refuse to accept the order upon 
    delivery, you may be restricted from future purchases.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or tracking number via SMS or email. 
  • You can track your order on the courier’s website or contact our support team for 
    updates.

7. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts

  • If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the courier may attempt one more delivery
  • If the second attempt fails, the order will be returned to us, and you may be blocked from placing future COD orders

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours 
    of delivery.
  • We may require photos/videos as proof before processing any replacements.

9. Changes & Cancellations

  • You can modify or cancel your order before dispatch by contacting our support team.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
